figured i’d put this on this blog.

eggplanntt: my first tattoo. :)
it’s a monarch butterfly, to symbolize my father. i guess when i was young i was taught about death through learning about butterflies. so i always thought my dad was like a monarch. now, every year or so we get a little baby monarch that seems to stick around our pool all summer. the night before i got the tattoo i had a dream that my dad came back for a day and i got to hang out with him. now he’s always with me.
